Hi. This is not a problem so I suspect the problem is how the data is being entered. In most cases with Email sending or receiving problems we have seen that it is due to information being incorrectly entered.

I'm not accusing you of not knowing what information to enter, just that sometimes it can be done incorrectly due to switching from grade 2 to ASCII input can sometimes cause issues.

I have checked all settings with help desk operators and have never had trouble with any other device in this regard.
I believe they need to look into this.
