After opening the second file how can I toggle back and forth like alt tab
does on a PC?

From your open file, mash F 2 and F 3 together to File Manager. Now you
can
use your backspace and/or arrows to find your file. Also, from the file
manager you can mash space F and type in part of the file name and hit
enter
and the VS will search for it.
