If you hit ENTER on PLAYLIST.M3U, that's all you need to do. the stream should play. If it doesn't, then perhaps you should come up with a domain name that stands for the dotted quad in the Internet address as this may be dynamic. But normally, just hitting ENTER when pointing to the playlist should fire the thing up.
