Hi, Joe here. You mentioned tabbing in the way it's often necessary with Windows. There is a bit of that, but not nearly the amount that you might do in some dialog boxes.
In the "options" dialog, it consists of a number of things which you can change. These are activated by moving through them with the space key and either dot 4 or dot 1 just as is done with other notetakers. You tab once and are asked to confirm your choices. Pressing "enter" does that. That's how it works with most menus.
