I have the Voice Sense, but am sure this can be done in the BSP
as well. I mean, in addition to the first letter navigation,
while in a file or folder list, one can tab once to the address
window and type in a path name for a file or a folder and it will
open.

Subject: [GWN] Manually entering folder- or filenames?
Hi all,
I just thought of something: can you manually type in a folder or
file you want, if you know its name, in the File Manager, or do
you always have to browse the list? I often find it quicker to
just type a name, so I often use three-letter names, like "cos"
for computer science or "spa" for Spanish. In this way I can
just typethe three letters, hit enter, and be there without
having to listen to the folders I am browsing past as I move to
the one I want. Just curious if this is possible but too
advanced a feature to be covered by the online demos. Thanks.
Have a great day,
Alex
