[GWN] downloading an m p 3 file to other than the default downloads folder

When downloading say an m p 3 file from a website, how does one 
get to choose where it's downloaded to, such as an s d or c f 
card? Assuming it defaults to the downloads folder on flash disk 
what steps change this?
