The fastest way to do this is to bring up the address book, just
press enter for search to search for all items, do enter-a to select
everything, do space-d to delete, press enter to confirm, exit the
address book, say yes to backup and this will clear the address book
that is in active memory. Now you can sync with Outlook to
repopulate the address book.
