Try using Enter-D and then selecting the inbox. I think it will
load
even when you get stuck as outlined below.

Hi All, I was able to get BS Classic to come back on after doing soft reset after a while. I still cannot get email inbox to load after 42 percent. It freezes and then I have to do a rebbet. How can I solve this problem so I can use my email. When I tried to do it from File Manager earlier it froze there too. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Whanks, Colleen Roth
