Hi All, My email is now working on my Braille Sense Classic. Technical Support told me that the email file was probably corrupted. They had me go in to email folder and delete a particular file. It worked. I am so glad. Thanks Mike for your suggestion. I didn't try it because I wasn't sure how to find something to know where to hit delete with enter. I couldn't figure out exactly where to do that from. The important thing is that I am not up again. I had to use my Braille Note Classic last night when this wasn't working. My BS Classic is my preferred method for email. Colleen Roth
