Thanks to everyone who gave me answers to my issues with Duxbury and the bsp. I talked with my tech guy and he seems to think either my hard drive is failing or I have a memory problem, on the computer that is. I was able to save the file as a brf file, I use duxbury rarely so didn't think to look for that one, particularly as I do most of my reading and writing use the txt option for the bsp. Anyway I've managed to get two copies of the script embossed so there's hope for us yet. Thanks again. Tessa
