Hello. Currently the Bluetooth manager handles them like this by design.
It even works this way if you want to connect it to the PC for Bluetooth
terminal mode to use it as a display for Window-Eyes. The Bluetooth
manager has to be running in order to use it.

Hello. I'm still here. When messages come through, I don't' answer them
right away in case others may know the answer since the other users can
help each other out. I thought I had answered your question from a while
back, but in case I missed x...
The keyboard will not automatically connect like it does with a PC. So
what you need to do is make the initial connection and then keep the
bluetooth manager running while you use the Braille Sense. When you are
done, close the Bluetooth manager first, then the Braille Sense. The
next time you want to use the keyboard, power on the Braille Sense,
start the Bluetooth manager and it will scan for Bluetooth devices. if
your keyboard is on, it will be found and you can connect to it. You
don't have to pair it over again, but you do have to connect to it
since, as I mentioned, it is not automatic.
