Press the space and backspace and the dots all at the same time.

Hi Martha,
I'm not sure what a "style keyboard" is, but on a braille keyboard you
use backspace-space-dots 1 3 to go up and backspace-space-dots 1 4 to go
down. On a usb keyboard you use the alt-up and down arrows
respectively.
