Sorry, it really is dots 1 to go back and 4 to go forward. Dots 1 3 go
to the first item and dots 4 6 go to the last. All with space-backspace.

I'm not sure what a "style keyboard" is, but on a braille keyboard
you
use backspace-space-dots 1 3 to go up and backspace-space-dots 1 4 to
go
down. On a usb keyboard you use the alt-up and down arrows
respectively.
