Hi Rhonda,
Not sure if it's my message or someone else's that you were responding
to, but for my part, I'll say that in no way did I intend to be
unconstructive. I simply think that it's one thing to compare the
hardware, it's another to talk about the actual programs on the unit,
and I think the software component is every bit as important. My
particular issue is the email program, others may have different
software concerns. I have virtually no experience with Keysoft, so
can't comment on that at all, but I think, and I say it
constructively, that this is an area where the BSP could grow.
I do agree about the tech support that GWMicro provides, but for me,
it still comes back to the same thing. The device needs to be able to
do what I need it to do. If it doesn't the tech support doesn't matter.
Cheers,
Donna

Hello List:
I've been reading all of the thoughts about products. I'm not sure
this is the list to compare products, or talk about switching over.
At least, there is a constructive way to do it. Alex and Joseph Lee
have chosen the constructive way.
One thing I will say is this: GWMICRO has been doing it right for a
long time. Any time there has been a suggestion, we have always
been responded to. I don't have a unit any more. I loaned it out
to help someone, and it never got returned. I'd love to get a unit
again. You can't beat the tech support, nor can you beat the help
that Raul gives every single day. That's worth a whole bunch to
me. As far as the email client, I believe it's been stated that
this is being worked on.

Or What You Said,
