Peter:

I don't know of a simple solution. If the web page designers are disinclined to 
structure their sight for mobile devices, there is no way of ensuring 
accessibility for the BS Plus short of suggesting that a site for mobile 
devices be designed or telling them to stick to straight HTML. I suspect they 
won't be very receptive to that option. Moreover, "accessibility" has never 
meant (at least here in the United States) that all devices for the disabled 
must a accommodated.
