Hi again,
Well, I almost always simply transfer audible books directly to an sd
card as it's far faster than any other way I've found.
I really don't know why audible manager isn't seeing your bs while your
pc does, but maybe someone else who uses that approach can give you a
more coherent answer.

trouble transferring books?
That's it. I thought that, since the Braille Sense Plus is one of
Audible's accepted mobile devices, I could synch up with my computer,
using ActiveSync and with Mobile Disk set to the OFF position, and
simply have books transferred automatically to my BSP's hard drive
immediately after their download from the Audible site. My bSP is
activated for Audible, and I have some books on my SD card that I
transferred using MY COMPUTER or WINDOWS EXPLORER, as you suggest
later on in your e-mail. Yet the curiosity is that even when my PC
recognizes my Braille Sense Plus's presence, AudibleManager does not,
and it informs me that I need to connect my desired mobile device even
after it has really been connected.
If you want to activate your bs plus for audible and can connect the bs
to the internet, you can do it without audible manager.
... The activation is quick and painless that way. Of course you can't
download audible books directly from the audible site to the bs plus,
but I've found that windows explorer copy and paste works very well.
I might have to settle for just managing this through use of the
Mobile Disk feature or through transferring files to my SD card. I
wanted to save some manual steps, but the process is not terrible.
Thanks, Don, for your reply.
Cheers,
-Kane
