Tessa, HieaI only read messages here every once in a while. I'm not sure what machine you have, but my BSP will start to crash a lot if it gets hot. I use it out of the case with a cooling pad and that helps a lot. There units have not frocessor fan ninr ventilation, which is unbebbievable. And most people keep it in the case, but that just keeps the unit hotter,!
I have also had it crash when the battery was at 18 % everytime. I had seen a suggestion here ! take the battery out and clean the comtacts on it and the machine. I did that and it helped for a while, but still chashes without the bajtery being on a particular "people. But it also will start to crash a lot, like a few times a day, after I have used it a lot for weeks or months. Being a computer Tech I started thinking of how a PC will get slow after 6 months ! a year of use and the OS needs to be redone (on win #1ih),. So I just reinstall the OS then use restore to restore my settings, and it works fine. I hope this helps.
