Enter-D to select folder, select inbox. If you don't get a response, try the soft reset, that is, chord-1-2-3-4-5-6. If that doesn't work, press the reset button on the back. If *that* doesn't work, press the reset button while holding down the "forward" button on the front of the unit to store everything to factory defaults. But I doubt you'll have to get this drastic.

This is a bug in the email program, not in the BS Plus itself. Sometimes you can either hit Space-Z to abort the program or Enter-D and then select the inbox as your folder to read and things will come to life. Other than hit, a
soft reset (space with all dots) will get you going.
