Karen,

You didn't tell us if you had ever printed successfully.  Chances are that you 
never have been able to print.  There are few printers or embossers which will 
work properly using the BSP.  Let's hope this situation will be addressed in 
the next revision.

I am able to access the BSP as an external drive.  One time I could not do so, 
but a reset fixed the problem.

I don't if it helps, but I close all programs before connecting the BSP to a PC 
or a thumb drive.

I'm cluelesss if my approach still does not permit you to use the unit as an 
external drive.
