HI there!
To answer your question, yes I have been able to print and emboss
successfully and I can use my BS as an external drive. I did try a reset
and that still doesn't fix the problem. I have a feeling I may have to send
the unit in to be fixed. Let us hope that it doesn't have to go overseas.
Thanks to all who have replied so far.
Karen

Karen,
You didn't tell us if you had ever printed successfully. Chances are that
you never have been able to print. There are few printers or embossers
which will work properly using the BSP. Let's hope this situation will be
addressed in the next revision.
I am able to access the BSP as an external drive. One time I could not do
so, but a reset fixed the problem.
I don't if it helps, but I close all programs before connecting the BSP to
a PC or a thumb drive.
I'm cluelesss if my approach still does not permit you to use the unit as
an external drive.

I am unable to use either an embosser or a print printer on my Braille
Sense as every time I try to print something, I get a prompt saying that
the printer does not exist. also when I connect external harddrives to
it, it does not recognize them as it did before. Does anybody have any
suggestions as to what I can do to fix these issues? thanks.
