Hi Jo, I would also like to see a better way to get email addresses into address book but I simply tend to just write in the addresses anyway. I have also used a Versabraille and a Braille Lite and Braille and Speak. I didn't use the Versabraille for notetaking at meetings, though. The BSP is quiet and it is easy to go from a file you are taking notes into a file you need to access to answer a question. I hope this helps.
