Hi Raul I've recalibrated the battery thanks, yes it started going bad just after the warranty was up, wouldn't you know it. After recalibration it just crashes and needs a reset when it decides to die, before the recalibration it would need a more serious reset to get up and running and would result in having to reload all my options every time. Not at all happy with this particular battery. Tessa

It's possible that your battery and the notetaker are not communicating properly. You can always try to recalibrate it. 1. Turn off power saving mode. 2. Drain the battery completely. 3. Connect the AC power and turn on the notetaker. 4. Fully charge over night for 6 to 8 hours. 5. Turn on power saving mode if desired.
