Hi, I purchased my BSP in late November, 2009. I have to say that I like the unit and use it almost all the time.
There are bugs in this unit and there are many improvements which should have been made. Like all too many of us, I've been waiting for more than a year to have these bugs fixed and improvements added. I suspect that GW is not in control of these products. For all I know, GW has been after HIMS to get its act together. They shouldn't bring out all of these new products before fixing those which are in grave need of work. In these bad economic times, these problems may well catch up with GW. GW MICRO has always done well with the support of its own products. I wish they'd developed its products rather than importing them. Had that been true, we wouldn't all be waiting as we have. How will GW defend itself? It needs to do that. I've been using GW MICRO's products when the firm first went into busims. I worked with Doug even before that.
