Hi Raul, I for one am glad about the emergency upgrade. It solved my problem. I for one am very glad to have the Braille Sense and Braille Sense Plus. My experience with the Braille Note was not very positive. I did have the Classic but still would have the problem I had because Keysoft is a pain. Gw Micro always helps xs' customers and Technical Support has been great especially for those of us who are not very technically minded to put it nicely. Will there be any more upgrades for the Braille Sense Clasic? Thanks,
