Hi,
The address book, you are talking about formatting Flash. No, it
will not, and the address database will still be there.
To perform hard reset, press NEXT button (the right arrow on the
media panel) with the reset button; hod down the NEXT button
until BSP restarts.

Refresh my memory! How would I do the hard reset and I also have
