When you create your file on your pc, you need to specify that the asterisks
are to be in computer braille code. You can do this easily if you have
Duxbury in your PC. If you don't, try adding an at sign (shift 2) before
the first asterisk. Place two hard returns at the end of the asterisks.
The BSP translates everything into contracted braille and that's why you see
the stars or asterisks as in signs.
You could also choose something else to use to separate the sections, but
you'd run into the same problem.
The answer to your second question is easy. In braille, an ellipsis must
have a space before it and a space after it. If you don't follow this rule,
the word it... will be translated as an x.
