Hi, if you go to our web site, you can download the Braille Sense USB drivers. This is to allow you to connect the Braille Sense as a Braille display via USB. You can also do it via Bluetooth and that does not require the USB drivers. We have knowledge base articles on this at www.gwmicro.com/kb. One thing you should know however is that the USB drivers don't currently work in 64-bit Vista or Windows 7 machines.
