Hello. If the dots-5-6 were not used, you would have item(so). instead
of item(s). So the BSP is simply following the correct Braille
translation as defined by the bana rules. As far as I know, UEB is not
going to be in the next release although we have had a few requests for
it. However we've had more requests for NLS, DOCS, and RFB&D support. So
I have a feeling that HIMS is placing a higher priority on those over
UEB support.

Not good for Braille. I also think it would be great if I can choose
between UEB and Standard Braille. BSP's current choice for me is paltry
and dismal at best.
When I write a letter plus a number as in this example: P19427, BSP
would, as soon as I save the document, BSP RETRANSLATES the letter and
number as follows: 19427 PP. Not good, the BSP need NOT BE A MIND reader.
If These translation corrections can be made in the next release, I
think I'd have a stellar notetaker.
