Hello John, Well, I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this respect. I have tried resetting my unit and that hasn't solved the problem either. Strangely, I am using a very old version of Windows Messenger on my laptop and I am still able to sign in. Hopefully someone at GW Micro knows what is happening. Nafisah Anif.

It started a few days ago, and like you, I am able to sign in using my pc, but with the Sense note takers, I am getting the error messages. > > Looks like Microsoft has changed something. > > John > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "N. When I type in my email address and password and press enter, after a little while two messages appear: incorrect password and incorrect ID. The email addresses and passwords that I have tried are indeed correct and work when I am signing in from my laptop. I have tried unsuccessfully to sign in with multiple email addresses and passwords, more than once. Does anyone know why this is happening? Has anyone else had this problem? > > Thank you for your help, > > Nafisah Anif. > > > > If you wish to unsubscribe from this list, visit: > > > > http://www.gwmicro.com/listserv > > If you wish to unsubscribe from this list, visit: > > http://www.gwmicro.com/listserv > If you wish to unsubscribe from this list, visit: http://www.gwmicro.com/listserv
