Hello John,
Well, I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this respect. I have tried resetting
my unit and that hasn't solved the problem either. Strangely, I am using a
very old version of Windows Messenger on my laptop and I am still able to
sign in. Hopefully someone at GW Micro knows what is happening.

am able to sign in using my pc, but with the Sense note takers, I am getting
the error messages.

When I type in my email address and password and press enter, after a little
while two messages appear: incorrect password and incorrect ID. The email
addresses and passwords that I have tried are indeed correct and work when I
am signing in from my laptop. I have tried unsuccessfully to sign in with
multiple email addresses and passwords, more than once. Does anyone know why
this is happening? Has anyone else had this problem?
