I am having the same problem. It started a few days ago, and like you, I
am able to sign in using my pc, but with the Sense note takers, I am
getting the error messages.
Looks like Microsoft has changed something.

Hello,
I am unable to sign into MSN Messenger on my Braille Sense Plus B32. When
I type in my email address and password and press enter, after a little
while two messages appear: incorrect password and incorrect ID. The email
addresses and passwords that I have tried are indeed correct and work
when I am signing in from my laptop. I have tried unsuccessfully to sign
in with multiple email addresses and passwords, more than once. Does
anyone know why this is happening? Has anyone else had this problem?
