Don, try the following. 1. Install the USB drivers from our site.
2. Turn off Mobile disk. 3. Run the terminal from screen reader and choose USB. 4. Connect BSP and PC together. 5. Choose the continue to install the unsigned drivers if prompted. 6. Choose the Braille Sense from the displays section of WE. It's very important that you run thee terminal for screen reader program before you connect it to the PC, else ActiveSync comes up and kittens die. Hope this helps.
