Hi,
You're not doing anything wrong. Apparently Microsoft has changed
their login protocol within the past couple of weeks. Older versions of
ms messenger cannot log in now, and that includes the braille sense.
Hopefully this will be corrected by HIMS before too long, but in the
meantime, there's noting you can do until it's fixed.
