Actually I really don't know a lot about it except that apparently
Microsoft has stopped supporting some older versions of ms messenger and
have changed to a newer protocol for accessing the messenger or windows
live service. I also can log in using my pc, but I'm running windows 7
with pretty new software, so only know about the problem with the sense
notetakers.
I imagine there's something on the microsoft site if you can find it.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Maybe Raul will say something about this.

Hi,
You're not doing anything wrong. Apparently Microsoft has changed
their login protocol within the past couple of weeks. Older
versions of ms messenger cannot log in now, and that includes the
braille sense.
Hopefully this will be corrected by HIMS before too long, but in the
meantime, there's noting you can do until it's fixed.

Hi,
I'm new to the Braille Sense. I'm trying to sign into the MSN
messenger
client with my hotmail account (I can sign in just fine on my
computer
with the Windows Live client). It fails to sign in, saying the
username
or password is incorrect. However, I've checked and everything is
correct. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
thanks,
