Hello, my brother is using a BrailleSense original and he is having problems. He is reading some material on his laptop that is written in German and, therefore, has certain accents. However, when he transports the material to his BrailleSense original, the accents just come out as something which completely messes up the document. Is this going to be resolved in the new firmware?
