Peter, are you upgrading online or offline? Because, when you get to downloads, 
it will download it to wherever you want. Then, when you are at your zipped 
file, you have to press f 2 to unzip. You'll get a message about inflating. 
There should be four or files in your zipped folder. Then, you'd select each 
one, so that they are all outside of the zipped folder. You would put them in 
the directory, without a folder name. Then, when you press U twice, you enter 
on offline. I don't know if this makes sense.
