Here's how I downloaded that large file using version 5.5. I have
the following URL in my favorites folder:
http://accessibleworld.org
I scrolled down the page until I found the following file:
Join us on Tech Talk Monday June 21 for an update on the Victor Reader
Stream portable DAISY MP3 player from HumanWare.
Then I hit enter on the download link and was able to download the
entire file, which I believe may in fact be closer to 70MB than 60MB.
It's strange how this file downloaded with no problems whatsoever,
while many others do not.
