I went there and logged into my account and tried to download the first file I came to after it gave me the chance to email my license key. The first time I tried the 29MB file, all of it seemed to download, but then it seemed to stop at the 11MB the next two times I tried to download that same file. I then reset the VS and tried once again, and the whole file seemed to download this time. It did change the file name in all of the downloads to download.do.php, but one could change the file name to give it a zip extension, and then the files appeared to unzip--although, of course I didn't go as far as to try them on my VS as I already have the POI files I want on my CF card.
