Don I'll try this again, but I think that's what I did, hold on.
I tried this and it is still telling me that there are no items in the
folder.
I've tried a reset with dots 1 through six and tthe function keys.
No lukc.
What could be happening.

This may be what's confusing. The book is downloaded to a folder with a
.brf extension, but it really is a folder. Press enter on it and you will
see the book name. Press enter on that and the book should open.
In otheer words, the created folder will have the bookname plus your name
with a .brf extension.
Pressing enter will give you a file with just the bookname not including
your name. Press enter on that and the book should load and open.
Hope this makes some sense.

Probably our messages crossed in cyberspace. Hope it will help.
When you look in the folder, are you doing that with the daisy player?
If so, you need to press spacebar on the folder to select it before
you try opening it with the daisy reader.
