Beth, if you want to use new SenseNav 2010, you will need to purchase the upgrade so it will work. You will receive an updated key file and then you can download the files from www.gosendero.com.
If however, you want to keep using the older SenseNav at this time, you can visit www.gwmicro.com/kb1119 and follow the instructions there. Many thanks.
