Well my friend,
If you wish to mess with CF wy fi cards again, have at it! I think that
alone places the pacmate behind the times! It never has been stable and I
know a number of them are in the closet doing nothing since those who have
them can't afford to send them in for repair. One can get a netbook and do
much the same thing much better!

Hey, we're not a tough crowd! We just do get overcrowded sometimes,
<smile>! Please do not let the events on the list determine which
equipment you choose. If you can, take as much time as you can get to
familiarize yourself with each unit and, if one works for your intended
use, run with it. Someday, I'd like to play with the PacMate! After all,
the PacMate WILL LET ME install third party programs. That alone in my
books puts it way ahead of the rest in the game. The only reason why I
have not picked one up is because I DO NOT like Freedom Scientific's Tech
Support. Humanware is equally awful especially since the death of Mr. Dean
Jackson, and the departure of Mr. John Mosen.
