I thought the case was for earphones, CF cards and such, not the AC adaptor.

Yes, the cord was longer on the original BrailleSense, and I agree that it was better. Does anyone have trouble fitting the BSP AC adapter into that little case that comes with it? For me even removing the prongs doesn't help that much.--Ninette

Subject: [GWN] have question about the adaptor for the Braille Sense Plus

Hi Raul and Everybody!

Does anyone know if GW Micro sells a longer chord AC adapter for the Bsp? I ask, because when I had my Braille Sense original, the Ac adapter chord was a lot longer then the BSP one and I really liked that. With the BSP AC adapter being a shorter chord, I have to use an extension chord when I have to plug my unit into an outlet that isn't very close to me. I find it kind of frustrating. If there is such a thing as a longer AC adapter chord available to purchase, how much would it cost?

I also have a question about GPS as well. When I purchased the Sense Nav. program I had the BS original at the time. Now that I have the BSP will I have to upgrade to the different GPS receiver? Can I still use the Hollix unit that I have? If not, how much will it cost for me to upgrade?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can answer my questions. (smile)
