Hello, after a hard reset or a firmware install the time zone is
defaulted to pacific. So if yours is different, you will need to set it
correctly before you open the Schedule mangler for the first time.
Lastly, if you back up your global options and then restore them after a
hard reset of firmware upgrade, the time zone is also restored.
