She is using a braille keyboard and has entered the letter sign before the Al symbol, but then when the document is saved as a .doc or .txt it changes it to Also. We tried placing the letter symbol before the capital sign and after the capital sign. Doesn't seem to matter, each time when it is saved as a .doc or .txt it changes to Also.
