When you translate the symbol from braille to print, the letter sign
disappears but the speech will say the symbol correctly. The translator
shouldn't eliminate the letter sign when you translate the file from braille
to print. This is why it would be nice if you could surround the symbol with
a code indicating you want it to be translated as grade 1 or CBC, (Computer
Braille Code. You could manually braille the symbol in CBC, but that would
be a nuisance.
It might be a good idea to keep two copies of the file, one in .brl and the
other in .doc. If you needed to edit the file, you would open the .brl file,
make your changes, save the file, then use the "save as" command to save it
as a .doc file.
