What am I doing wrong? I search for a last name in my address book by hitting F1 letter a and writing the last name, and when it comes up I hit enter to proceed with writing the email but it doesn't go anywhere. What is the sequence for finding, choosing and then writing the desired email? Do I need to write the full name? Also if I want to search by first name, how is this done?
