One thing that's not very well-known is that some parts of Windows
already allow that. You can't do it in Notepad or other editbox-based
applications, but anything with a RichEdit does it, and Word does it.
This really needs to be a KB article. I've been a Windows user for over
a decade, and I've never seen that before.
