Are you saying that Window-Eyes may have made changes from the defaults
within the All Users folder?  If Window-Eyes is uninstalled, does it
eliminate the user profile folder?  Often, uninstallers leave files that
were modified or created by the user.  Does a new WE install overwrite
such files?
