To those still having problems with Web Client,

Try installing Homer Shared Object 7.3 and Web Client 1.3 that I just posted. It may also be worth restarting Window-Eyes afterward, since I have found that the latest HSO sometimes does not get loaded otherwise (have not figured out why).

If the problem persists, please try the suggestions in the following article:

When I run a script in Windows Script, I receive an error message: "Library not registered"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949140

If the problem still persists, please try going to a command prompt in the user profile folder. Run one of the .py files using the console version of InPy, InPyC.exe, which would print error messages to the screen (the GUI version, InPy.exe, does not do that).
For example, try entering the following:

InPyC WebClient_508Check.py

That utility should prompt you for a web address and then automatically open a WebAim evaluation of that page in your default browser. It should also create a 508 evaluation in the file WebClient_508Check.txt, also located in the user profile folder.

Let me know your results.

Jamal
