ok, it's working for me as well.

when you press the hotkey, the control where you hear "no selected item" is
a listbox of windows currently open; it just doesn't have one selected.  use
your up and down arrows to choose a window; then, all the other controls
will be enabled and will pertain to the window you have selected.

you setup what you want to happen to that window (such as maximize), and how
it's to be found (title, class, or both), and then you can choose the "add"
button to put it in the list of windows the script will watch for and deal
with.  you can also choose a window from this list, and the remove button
will be enabled.

choose the save button when your done, then you can close the dialog.
