Gary, there are two listboxes in the script's dialog: one for the existing windows you can choose from, and the other for the windows which you have specified an action for. if you're on the second listbox, and you've never specified a window in this dialog, then it will be empty and you won't be able to select anything; you can only use the other listbox of windows, in combo with the add button, to get something in this second listbox.
could you tab around to see if you can find another listbox?
